The Ukie Video Games Growth Programme, in partnership with Tencent and the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), champions innovation and supports the next generation of video game startups and scaleups across the UK.
The programme attracted over 50 applicants, with 30 selected: 17 for the three-month accelerator and 13 for the six-month scaleup. The judges sought studios pushing boundaries, rethinking formats and redefining gaming genres.
Four of the scaleups pitched their ideas to an expert panel.
